Invisalign and 6 Month Smiles

Traditional metal braces are restrictive, cumbersome, and require frequent appointments for adjustments. Our office offers two options to straighten you smile quickly and in a way that fits your lifestyle: Invisalign and 6 Month Smiles.

Invisalign® can quickly and easily straighten your teeth with a series of removable, clear, custom-made mouthpieces.

We will develop a comprehensive treatment plan using 3-D computer imaging technology so you can preview the final positioning of your teeth before treatment.

Each Invisalign aligner should be worn for about two weeks, then the next aligner will be administered. By gradually changing aligners, your teeth will be moved into place as if traditional braces were worn. Because Invisalign® mouthpieces are removable, there are no food restrictions or flossing problems, and appointments are only required every six weeks.

6 Month Smiles® can provide a straighter smile in about 6 months.

A revolutionary combination of proven orthodontic techniques, modern materials, and innovative thought - Six Month Smiles® utilizes nearly invisible clear braces to gently straighten and align teeth in an average time of just six months.

The key components are the use of special nickel titanium wires and a primary focus of moving the teeth that show when you smile.We use tooth-colored braces that are barely visible.  The wires are usually tooth-colored as well. 

Six Month Smiles® uses low force to move teeth more comfortably.  Many people think that the accelerated treatment means simply “tightening” regular braces to get the teeth moving, but that is not true.  Six Month Smiles® utilizes standard orthodontic mechanics, but with an emphasis on the cosmetic appearance of your teeth rather than the position of your bite.
